InGaAs Detectors: Series i

Silicon Sensor International AG offers large area InGaAs PIN diodes with up to 3 mm diameter active area. They feature low dark currents, high sensitivity up to 1700 nm wavelength and are available in a visible-band enhanced version, too. Packages include hermetic TO cans as well as SMD type solutions. Ask us for your specific sensor solution.
