Silicon Photodiodes: Series 7
Low Capacitance General Purpose Pin Photodiodes with High Near IR Responsivity

This series of low capacitance, high responsivity (typical 0.65 A/W @ 950nm) detectors offer a broad spectral range and long term stability for use in a variety of optical measurement and detection applications.  Standard TO, ceramic and BNC packages make these units ideal for use in test labs, optical bench and industrial applications.

As with all our products, custom package options can be provided including amplifier hybrids and optical filter combination.
