Silicon Photodiodes: Series 6
Low Dark Current (Id) Pin Photodiodes

With the lowest dark currents in the industry, these devices set the standard for high shunt resistance, low dark current and long term stability.  With high responsivity (typical 0.64A/W @ 900nm) this series is well suited for laser measurement and optical instrumentation applications.

Several varieties of standard package options are available as well as custom solutions that include amplifier hybrids and optical filter combinations.
