Silicon Photodiodes: Series 4
Low Series Resistance with Extended Dynamic Range

The devices provide low series resistance which produces low dark current and high sensitivity. With typical peak responsivity of 0.6 A/W @ 900nm these photodiodes are ideal for use in low light level sensing applications.
