Ultraviolet Enhanced Responsivity with Low Dark Currents

Special processing provides for spectral responsivity down to 200nm and ensures long term stability. Standard active area sizes range from 1mm diameter to 10x10mm. Custom active area sizes and geometries, and custom packaging are available.

Active Area Prefix Descriptions:

PC - Photodiode Circular
PR - Photodiode Rectangular
